We have very strong beliefs in providing our customers with the best possible value whilst not compromising on the quality of our food. All our ingredients are sourced from the best local producers and we never settle for less than the best of Irish produce.

A very large number of our dishes are gluten free which means they are perfectly safe for people with wheat or gluten intolerances/coeliacs. Also if a customer would like to alter or make a change to any of our dishes the chef will always try to accommodate their wishes.

The management and staff motto in Shelby's is ‘The customer is always right'. Our employees are chosen very carefully, ensuring that our customers night is truly a special experience. Nothing should be a problem, and if an issue arises we will go out of our way to resolve matters. We are a big family friendly restaurant and have a children's menu to suit all tastebuds.
Shelby's is located on the 1st and 2nd floor of the building and although it is a new and modern building it has a wonderful ambiance that is so often lacking in other establishments.
